AMPLIFY MOBILITY / EVRE AGREEMENT FOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Amplify Cleantech Solutions Private Limited (“EVRE” or “Amplify Mobility” or “we” or “us”) has created these terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) that apply for:
1. Our websites (together, the “Websites” and each, a “Website”):
2. EVRE Mobile application (the “App”).
3. Any service offered by Amplify Mobility that includes a link to this Policy, including your EVRE account and the EVRE radio-frequency identification cards (the “RFID Cards”) (together, the “Service”).
4. EVRE Network of Charging Stations (the “EVRE Network”).
These EVRE Terms & Conditions apply between all users (“Users,” “User,” “you,” or “your”) of our Website, Mobile App, EVRE Charging Stations, EVRE Charging Network, and/or the EVRE API, including registered members and partners.
Account: User account created by the customer either on the Website, in the Mobile App or through EVRE’s support team for using the EVRE Network.
API: Application Programming Interface that enables EVRE Charging Stations, Website or Mobile App to communicate with Your application.
Cancellation Fee: Fee payable in the event of cancellation of an EV Charging Session booking done by a Customer.
Charging Point: Hardware the enables charging of an EV.
Charging Station: Location at which one or more Charging Points are present.
Code: Unique user code for using a Charging Station in the EVRE Network.
Convenience Fee: Fee payable by the User of EVRE Network for availing services.
EV: Electric Vehicle, including 2,3 & 4-wheelers.
E-Wallet: Digital wallet that allows electronic transactions for services.
EV Charging Session: Period between Start and Stop of an EV Charging Station used to charge an EV.
Usage Fee: Amount payable for the energy consumption during an EV Charging Session.
Service(s): EV Charging service provided by EVRE through the Website, Mobile App, Code or via EVRE’s support team.
Total Payable Amount: Includes the Usage Fee, the Convenience Fee or the Cancellation Fee and taxes as may be applicable from time to time.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
By installing, operating or using an EVRE EV Charging Station on the EVRE Network; opening an EVRE account and/or using an EVRE-issued user card, and/or using an EVRE-provided Code, and/or using the EVRE Website / Mobile App, you agree to the terms specified in this Agreement. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of and (where applicable) purchase of products and services, including but not limited to use of supportive services and information posted to the Site and/or the Mobile App. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. If You do not accept any of the Terms & Conditions, then please do not use the Website / Mobile App / EVRE Network or avail any of the Services being provided therein.
Your agreement to these user terms shall operate as a binding Agreement between you and EVRE in respect of the use of the Website, Mobile App, EVRE Network or Services offered by EVRE.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also allow EVRE to send you promotional emails and SMS alerts from time to time.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
You understand and acknowledge that You can Register/Sign Up on the Website or Mobile App only after complying with the requirements by entering Your Registration Data.
To register for the EVRE Membership Account, visit evreapps.com or download the EVRE Mobile App. When registering for the EVRE Membership Account, you agree that you will: (i) provide complete and accurate information about yourself; and (ii) update such information if it changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account with immediate effect and for an indefinite period, if We have a reason to believe that the Registration Data or any other data provided by You is incorrect or false, or that the security of Your Account has been compromised in any way, or for any other reason We may find just or equitable. If you believe your account has been disabled in error, please call or email customer service.
You are responsible for: (a) the accuracy of all information that you provide to us; (b) maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information; and (c) ensuring that You download the correct application for Your device.
We allow You to open only one Account in association with the Registration Data provided by You. In case of any unauthorized use of Your Account please immediately reach Us at .
USAGE OF SERVICES
In case, You are unable to access Your Account, please inform Us at email@example.com and make a written request for blocking Your Account. We will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions made through Your Account.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
When a booking request is received from You, EVRE shall proceed to confirm or decline the booking based on the availability of EV Charging time slot at Charge Spot/Station, which shall be informed to You via an SMS, Notification or email. In the event the booking is confirmed, You shall check the booking details including but not limited to booking time and booking location, and if there is incorrect detail, the same needs to be informed to us immediately.
At the end of the EV Charging Session, Total Payable Amount for EV Charging will be collected by EVRE through the E-Wallet or an invoice shall be generated at the end of the invoicing cycle.
A receipt for the Total Payable Amount for EV Charging by You will be generated by EVRE at the end of the EV Charging Session.
Any payment related issue, except when such issue is due to an error or fault at the Location, shall be resolved between You and the Payment Processor. EVRE shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of Your E-Wallet during or after availing the Services on the Site.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You agree and acknowledge that you may cancel your booking for an EV Charging Session at any point of time subject to a Cancellation Fee.
You shall be notified of the applicable Cancellation Fee in advance whenever you attempt to cancel a booking request.
Cancellation Fee will be charged if you: (i) Cancel your booking at any time after booking, or (ii) If you do not start an EV charging session within fifteen (20) minutes from booking time slot.
If cancellation is done by EVRE Admin or Charging Point Owner in case Charging Point is under maintenance or Out of Service, No Cancellation Fee will be charged and full paid amount shall be refunded.
